“Winter knows to hush, still, listen . . . so the soul can speak.”
– Angie Weiland-Crosby
With each season, our natural world provides cues about what is happening within our bodies and how to best adjust to our changing environment. Observing nature’s cues and allowing our life practices to mirror seasonal changes can help us feel more balanced. During this relaxing 90-minute workshop, comprised of readings, meditation, and relaxing circles drawings, we’ll explore ways we can observe nature’s cues and learn from winter’s quiet rhythms, as well as integrate them into our daily lives to live in harmony with the darkest season of the year. The creative component is process focused and absolutely no art skills are required. Space is limited and registration is required.
Chrysalis Healing Center is a small collaboration and we close events once they are full. For this reason we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the event.
